Bishop Pradeep Kumar Samantaroy went on to welcome the initiative of the global Anglican Communion for a nine year focus on "Intentional Discipleship". In his opening address he stressed the deep significance of the word "intentional" reminding us that it speaks of the "purposes of God" who intends that every human being should be remade in the image of God and become a daily follower of Jesus Christ.

Faith2Share had been invited to facilitate this consultation for the bishops and senior leaders of the united Church of North India. Bishop Andrew Rathod, the Director of Mission and Evangelism for the CNI, led the first Bible Study and during the three days participants looked closely at how they can help Indian Christians actively live as disciples of Jesus - in their families, at work and in the wider community. In a closing session outline plans were developed to bring this (Faith2Share designed) "Whole Life Discipleship" training to each of the dioceses in North India.

Faith2Share began working with the CNI on mission issues in 2015. The Moderator, Bishop Samantaroy, also serves on the board of AsiaCMS
