Today at the Bangalore Leadership Consultation 2016, Faith2Share international director Mark Oxbrow will talk about the future vision of the Faith2Share network, alongside Faith2Share trustee John Wesley. Discussion will include how we better support our network members and encourage greater collaboration. Please pray for Faith2Share as we build on our work around discipleship and integrate new member missions into the network and explore how to better serve some of our Global North members.
We also give thanks to God for bringing new members to our Faith2Share network – including iServe Africa (Kenya-based), Kenyan mission agency Lifeway Mission International and Torchbearers International in Ghana.
Case Study: IServe Africa
iServe Africa is the latest mission movement to join the Faith2Share network. This Kenyan organisation was set up in 2007. Here executive director Harrison Mungai explains iServe’s ethos: “Our work is mainly receiving, training, sending and supporting fresh graduates who serve as apprentices in churches and other organisations in Kenya and beyond. We are an entry level-exploratory work in missions where those who do our apprenticeships mainly go on to be involved in gospel ministry/missions in one way or another. We are also involved in grassroots training of pastors and development of discipleship resources.”
"The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him."
