In times of challenge, God often teaches us profound lessons through unexpected circumstances. The global pandemic brought many such lessons, but perhaps none more significant than the value of patience in ministry work. At Faith2Share, we've seen firsthand how this divine virtue, when coupled with careful planning and trust in God's timing, can lead to renewal and positive outcomes.

Our journey of patient ministry bore fruit recently in Pakistan. Building on the success of our 2022 Discipleship Consultation in Lahore, we carefully planned and held a follow-up Discipleship Consultation in Islamabad. With this experience, we were able to apply valuable lessons learned, including broadening participation to include more women and younger mission leaders, who bring fresh perspectives. By bringing together voices from different traditions, we're fostering unity and resilience among Pakistani Christians. This intentional approach to inclusion is particularly significant in Pakistan, where Christians, as a minority community, often face unique challenges in living out and sharing their faith.

The success of the Islamabad consultation reaffirms a timeless truth: when we combine trust in God with patient, purposeful action, He opens doors we might never have anticipated. This experience has strengthened Faith2Share's commitment to learning alongside its network, demonstrating how patience and trust can indeed bring positive change.
